1. Terms of Use
1.1 Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using this platform. By using this website, mobile application, or any other Senqi Mall product or service (collectively, the \”Platform\” or \”Website\”), whether you are a registered member of Senqi Mall or not, you agree that you have read, understood, and will be bound by these Terms of Use and applicable laws. Senqi Mall reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice, and the modified terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Platform.
1.2 We are responsible for the technical operation of the Platform. However, we do not exercise editorial control over all content on the Platform. Additionally, in certain cases, other individuals or entities may provide content on the Platform, operate certain parts of the Platform, or offer other websites that you can access through the Platform (\”Third-Party Providers\”)
1.3 We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this notice. The revised terms shall take effect as of the date of posting.
2. Registration
2.1 You may need to pre-register as a Senqi Mall platform member to access certain parts of the Platform (\”Entry Areas\”). If registration is required, you:
2.1.1 Must provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information;
2.1.2 Must properly safeguard any usernames and passwords provided by us;
2.1.3 Authorize us to assume that any person accessing the Platform using your username and password is you or your authorized representative;
2.1.4 The Platform is only available for users who are 18 years of age or older, or 13 to 17 years of age but have obtained consent from their guardian or parent. Registering on the Platform if you are under 13 years of age will be a violation of these Terms of Use. You declare and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, or 13 to 17 years of age and have obtained consent from your guardian or parent. If you misrepresent your age (either overstate or understate), your account may be deleted without prior notice.
2.2 You confirm that when using certain section areas, you may need to comply with other terms and conditions. In such cases, you will receive appropriate notification, and these additional terms and conditions:
2.2.1 Shall supplement these Terms and Conditions when you use the section areas;
2.2.2 Shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions if there is any conflict between them.
3. Services
3.1 You confirm that we may, at our sole discretion, change the Platform or any part thereof (including Entry Areas requiring registration), modify or terminate the Platform, any part thereof, or services provided through the Platform, with or without prior notice to you.
4. Network Platform Content
4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to Senqi Mall or its licensors, including materials protected by copyright, trademark, or patent law. All trademarks, service marks, and product names (e.g., the name of Senqi Mall and its trademark designs) are owned, registered, and/or authorized for use by Senqi Mall. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, software, scripts, code, designs, illustrations, images, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features, and all other content (hereinafter collectively referred to as \”Content\”), constitutes a compilation work protected by copyright laws in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions and is the exclusive property of Senqi Mall; all rights are reserved. Without the express written permission of Senqi Mall, it is strictly prohibited to use Senqi Mall trademarks in any website or computer network environment, to store or copy any part of the Platform (or any part thereof) on any external website, or to establish any links, hyperlinks, or cross-references between any external website and the Platform.
4.2 You may only use the Platform content for your personal non-commercial purposes, such as participating in the Platform, placing orders, or purchasing products. You agree not to modify or delete any ownership statements in all data downloaded or printed from the Platform. You agree that without the prior written permission of Senqi Mall, you shall not alter, copy, translate, broadcast, perform, display, distribute, design, produce, copy, download, publish, transmit, or sell any intellectual property or Content appearing on the Platform. You agree not to use any data scraping, robot protocols (crawlers), data mining, or other similar data collection methods. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as granting you any intellectual property rights.
4.3 The prices and other product information displayed on the Platform are for reference only, and your order shall be deemed an offer. All orders generated through the Platform are subject to acceptance by Senqi Mall to be effective. Senqi Mall shall be deemed to have accepted your order and entered into a purchase contract with you only when Senqi Mall sends you a shipping confirmation email notifying you that the ordered products have been dispatched. If you order multiple products in the same order and Senqi Mall only sends a shipping confirmation for some of them, the purchase contract between Senqi Mall and you shall only apply to those products. This means that Senqi Mall may, at its sole discretion under these Terms of Use or for any other valid reason, refuse or revoke any order without any liability to you or any other person. If your savings card, credit card, bank account, or other third-party payment account (UnionPay/Alipay online payment, Tenpay, etc.) has been debited and the order is subsequently revoked, Senqi Mall will refund the relevant amount to the original payment account. For details, please refer to the \”Purchase Rules\”.
4.4 The Platform is intended to provide Senqi Mall products to end consumers and therefore resale is not permitted. Resale refers to purchasing Senqi Mall products for commercial purposes and then reselling or intending to resell them to others (consumers, merchants, or any third parties). If Senqi Mall believes that you are engaged in resale activities, Senqi Mall reserves the right to take legal action against you.
